The President of Poland, Andrzej Duda, will take part in the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games in Paris on Friday. During his four-day visit to France, the President of Poland also plans to support Polish athletes.

The visit will begin on Thursday afternoon, and on Friday at 11 a.m. Andrzej Duda will take part in the opening of the Polish House in Paris and in the swearing-in of another group of Polish athletes and representatives of the Polish Olympic Committee.
On Saturday, the President of the Republic of Poland will visit the Olympic Village and watch the volleyball match with Egypt, while on Sunday he will support the Polish national team in the rowing regatta and the volleyball match with Japan.
The leaders of about a hundred countries will participate in the opening ceremony of the games. (PAP)
