United Surveys conducted a survey for Wirtualna Polska regarding the resignation of the head of the Ministry of National Defense. Almost half of Poles believe that Kosiniak-Kamysz should resign.

A survey commissioned by the WP asked the question: "Do you agree with the statement that the head of the Ministry of National Defense, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, should resign in connection with the situation on the Polish-Belarusian border, including the case revealed to the media? detention of Polish soldiers?"
The results are not in favor for the head of the Ministry of National Defense. Nearly half of the respondents - 46.3 percent. - replied in favor. 27.5 percent of them, indicated the answer "I definitely agree", and 18.8 percent - "I rather agree"
On June 5, Onet revealed that at the turn of March and April, the Military Police detained three soldiers who fired warning shots at migrants pressing towards the border. The prosecutor's office accused the two of exceeding their powers and endangering the lives of other people. "The army is seething. Officers are talking about disgracing the uniform and humiliating the soldier's dignity," wrote the portal's journalists.
