New vice-president of PKO Polish Bank

Michał Sobolewski became the second vice-president of the bank.


The supervisory board of PKO BP appointed Michał Sobolewski as a new vice-president.


"The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. informs that the Supervisory Board of the Bank, as part of the open qualification procedure, has appointed, as of 1st of August 2024, Mr. Michał Sobolewski to the Management Board of the Bank as Vice-President of the Management Board of the Bank. The appointment was made for the current, joint, three-year term of office of the Bank's Management Board, which began on 26th of March 2024. - we read in the announcement.


Sobolewski is a manager with 22 years of experience in financial institutions, both in banks and leasing companies. Since October 2018, he has been associated with CA Auto Bank branch in Poland (formerly FCA Bank), where he served as sales and marketing director. Previously, he worked in the sales department at Banque PSA and PSA Finance for 11 years. In 2004, he graduated from the Higher School of Commerce and Law. R. Łazarski in Warsaw at the Faculty of Foreign Trade and World Economy.
