New entities on the Polish Financial Supervision Authority's warning list

Eight new entities have been included in the list of public warnings of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), the Polish Financial Supervision Authority announced.


New entries in the warning list


On May 29, 2024, the following entities were entered on the Polish Financial Supervision Authority's public warning list:


  1. VIE FINANCE A.E.P.E.Y. SA using an online platform under the trade name Fortissio

  2. Unidentified persons operating through the MBIEX platform, operating through the website mbiex.net/pl

  3. Zen Bank SA

  4. Ascot Finance SA

  5. REDPINE CAPITAL LTD based in Cyprus

  6. CFG Polska sp. z o. o.

  7. New Technologies Studio sp. z o. o. sp.k.

  8. Pracownia Finansowa sp. z o. o. (currently INWE sp. z o. o.)


Suspected violations


VIE FINANCE, the MBIEX platform, REDPINE CAPITAL and CFG Polska are suspected of violating the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments.

Zen Bank SA and Ascot Finance SA are suspected of violating the Banking Law.

New Technologies Studio and Financial Studio sp. z o. o. (currently INWE sp. z o. o.) are suspected of violating the Act on investment funds and management of alternative investment funds.


Notification to the prosecutor's office


Notifications on suspicion of committing a crime by the above-mentioned entities were sent by the KNF Office to the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.


Purpose of the public warning list


The list of public warnings maintained by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority is a set of entities in relation to which the commission reports suspicions of committing a crime. The purpose of this list is to warn the public and business entities about the need to be more careful when dealing with these entities.


The list of public warnings plays a key role in protecting the interests of investors and maintaining the transparency of the financial market, helping to avoid potential fraud and irregularities.
