BLIK payments are to go beyond Poland. At first, to Romania and Slovakia, where the first demonstration transaction has already taken place. However, the plans go much further. There is talk of Italy, Spain, Germany and France.

In Poland, the native solution is breaking new popularity records. In 2023 alone, BLIK users completed almost 1.8 billion transactions with a total value of nearly PLN 250 billion. However, since the beginning of the system's operation, over 4.5 billion worth PLN 614.4 billion have been completed. - BLIK has become an integral part of the lives of many Poles, simplifying their everyday lives and making settlements efficient and intuitive - says Dariusz Mazurkiewicz, president of the management board of Polski Standard Płatności, the operator of the BLIK mobile payment system.
